I own music by Sting. I’ve even attended Sting concerts (1988 and 1991, I think.) But I stopped paying much attention about 20 years ago. Didn’t see the Police reunion tour, either.
So lately I see the some promo stuff about a box set and a 60th birthday charity show in NYC. I’m a music geek. I checked out the tracklist, experienced some nostalgia for some songs that had faded from memory, and thought, “you know, that guy did some nice stuff.”
Then I saw the image above, shook my head dismissively, and went back to not thinking about Sting again.
